Job Title: Chatbot Business/Systems Analyst
Pay Rate: £450 - £490
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Cambridge
The Role
Spring Technology's client based in Cambridge are looking for a Chatbot Business / Systems Analyst who can lead engagement and discussions with customers about how to use Chatbot technologies to support their business goals, to design chatbot dialog designs that a chatbot engineering team can implement.
This will be a rolling 6 month contract paying up to £490 per day.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity. The role will partner with the Business Partner, Chatbot Capability Lead, and Chatbot Project Managers, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, chatbot dialog designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet the customers needs.
Knowledge / Experience
Essential skills include: customer and business engagement, Agile methods
Highly desirable skills: Chatbot technologies
