Head of Service Delivery & Operations

£75,000 | South West

One our reputable clients who provide Microsoft solutions to enterprise based clients are looking to hire a talented professional, who has excellent experience around Service Delivery, Operations and Services.

You will be directly responsible for a small team of Service Delivery Managers, as well as getting very involved with clients yourselves as a senior point of contact. In addition, you will work closely with all the operation teams to ensure client service is of the highest standard.

Required skills:

* Experience in a similar position, running a department or having some type of multiple function management. You will have a high level amount of input in decisions in this position.

* Have excellent knowledge of service design, achieving outstanding delivery of services and how all the teams work together.

* A strong understanding of ITIL, problem and change management. Being able to think outside the box when it comes to fixing difficult problems.

* Be able to build rapport and strong relationships with your clients

* An understanding of Microsoft, connectivity, private / public cloud and other hosted solutions would be highly beneficial

Additional Information:

* Role will involve a few client visits a month but travel will be minimal

* Whilst the role involves some direct management it will be a very hands on position as well

* Excellent communication skills are essential
