Hedge Fund Infrastructure Engineer - Central London - £60,000 - £100,000Infrastructure / VMware / Windows / Active Directory / Exchange / Hedge Fund / Trade Floor / Bank / Finance / Cisco / Network / Storage / SAN / Windows Server / Office 365 / Azure / CloudA leading algorithmic trading house are on the lookout for a senior infrastructure engineer to take ownership of their internal infrastructure. A successful engineer would be working alongside a Cyber security/compliance specialist to maintain and develop a highly available and secure VMware infrastructure for developers, traders and analysts.This role will encompass the standard Windows infrastructure stack and network devices, alongside bespoke systems relating to trading, exchanges and data flows - including low-latency Windows/Linux hybrid systems - at both a BAU and project level.Required Experience:

'€¢In depth experience with clustered Windows/VMware infrastructure support and project work'€¢Storage, Disaster Recovery and Backups'€¢Cisco Networking'€¢Recent work in Finance, Banking, Trading or a similar field

Experience with the following is a bonus:

'€¢Cloud infrastructure POCs/Migrations'€¢Data source/flow systems, Fixed Exchanges'€¢GDPR and FCA compliance'€¢Infrastructure/Network management
