IT SUPPORT (1st - 3rd Line) - EDINBURGH - 1 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT

My client currently require an IT professional to join them to assist in providing 1st - 3rd line support on a 1 month rolling contract.

My client is seeking a passionate and driven individual to take on the role of IT Support (1st - 3rd Line). Within this role you will be working in a customer service style environment where you will be assisting in providing incident resolution to customers via telephone, email and remote support applications. You will need to have a customer-focused approach, with a good understanding of various aspects of IT.

For this role you must have:

* Personable nature, with excellent communication skills

* Previous experience in a similar customer or software support position

* Ability to identify issues, whilst providing exemplary customer service

* Ability to work through ticketing systems

* Experience in adding/removing both new/old users

* Understanding of migrations
