In order to keep pace with the needs of our customers, we have a high calibre software development teams who create cutting-edge software for mobile and desktop devices and for the web. Taking responsibility for building and supporting a continuous delivery environment, you will lead an agile team who support these products, both developing .Net software and software updates and managing the tasks of your colleagues. Prioritising various projects, you will ensure consistently high standards are being delivered, and you will see to it that break/fix support is of the standard that our customers have come to expect.

To make the short-list for this exceptional role, you will have solid commercial experience of crafting good quality code, with at least three years of experience of developing C# .Net. This will include the use of relational databases, plus you will have commercial experience of using build and release tools, preferably Team Foundation Server. With experience of leading a team and managing tasks, you will be a collaborative team-player with outstanding communication and organisational skills. You will also ideally have experience in some of the following: Automated unit and system testing, ASP .Net MVC, WPF, Team Foundation Server, Cloud platforms, e.g. Azure, VSTS and you will be excited about the improvements that you can help us implement in order to enhance the capabilities of UKHO.
