CCA Specialist - Credit Risk

We are actively looking to secure a Credit Risk SME to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Purpose:

An exceptional opportunity to be part of the Credit Risk and Fraud Team, supporting and protecting the growth of the Consumer business for the whole Credit Risk lifecycle (Acquisition, In-Life, Collections, Recoveries, Fraud and SME).

To be the key interface for Credit Risk with key projects on behalf of the Director of Credit Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

* Undertake an in depth gap analysis across the entire Credit Risk Customer Lifecycle to identify and scope out Credit Risk specific requirements (system and process) to enable financial products to be offered

* Lead an assessment of the impacts of FCA and other associated regulation across all key customer touch points e.g. Retail, Telesales, Customer Team (including Collections) and determine how these impacts will be addressed, in conjunction with Business Analyst

* Drive Credit Risk specific system and process development requirements through the business to ensure expected product launch dates are achieved

* Develop a robust monitoring framework to ensure all Credit Risk areas remain compliant with FCA regulation and any other associated regulatory requirements

* Support Marketing & Legal teams to ensure overall project delivery

* Provide a full and detailed plan of steps required to enable launch by the required date

* Work with the Credit Risk Managers and the wider team to ensure all requirements are captured

* Liaise with Marketing, Legal and IT teams and external suppliers to ensure Project deliverables are achieved - strong cross-functional working relationship essential
