Our client is currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to work in the West Midlands on the earthworks element of HS2.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor that can grow in the business whilst involved on a £100 million project.

Over the past 30 years our client has grown organically to become a highly established Main/Principal Contractor, undertaking major, multi-disciplinary, construction projects.

Requirements:

* Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously

* Able to manage projects from concept to completion

* Worked on all forms of NEC3

* Able to work well within a team environment

* Experience working on large schemes up to £60 million

* Experience in the heavy Civil Engineering industry such as Piling, Earthworks, Geotechnical structures and Groundworks

* Worked for subcontractors previously on large scale projects

Remuneration:

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

Location:

Birmingham based, travel to surrounding sites
