We are looking for an experienced IT support technician with excellent customer service skills and the ability to train, migrate and on-board clients onto Xero. You will be a confident communicator with the natural ability to build a friendly yet professional rapport. You will be our tech and app champion working closely with Xero savvy accounting professionals to ensure that as many clients as possible are benefiting from cloud technology, supporting our strategy to work with clients in the cloud environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy interaction with clients and are in a IT helpdesk/ first level IT support role or recently completed an IT related degree of BTEC Diploma. Ideally you will have experience of helping customers identify and implement cloud apps in a business environment. Experience of Xero or Sage together with some accounting and bookkeeping knowledge would be an advantage. A desire to use technology to add value to clients and improve efficiency is essential together with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
