Estimator / Senior Estimator / Fit-out*** £60,000 - £80,000 plus benefits ***A London based commercial fit-out specialist are currently on the lookout for an Estimator to join their fast-growing commercial team.This individual will join a team of 5 Estimator's working on a constant flow of commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects in Central London. This individual will be office based with regular site visits.Key skills and qualifications '€¢15 years' experience working on projects in the London market.'€¢Strong communication skills both written and oral'€¢Time management and organisation.'€¢CAT A and CAT B install and refurbishment.'€¢Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.'€¢Experience pricing projects up to £10 million.'€¢Proven track record of winnng business'€¢Take-offs, Bill of Quantities, arranging sub contract packages, cost analysis'€¢Feasbility budgets, preparing tenders and pricings'€¢Software experience is preferred (Causeway, Conquest, CostX etc.) This represents an opportunity for an individual to be involved ina vibrant team, with the opportunity to grow within the wider business which was named in Europe's fastest growing companies last year and has ambitious growth plans for the next 5 years.The role would be commutable from Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Greater London.If this role sounds of interest, please apply online to Owen Dearn at X4 Group on [email protected] or call 0207 812 7700 for more information.They are ideally looking to arrange interviews for Monday 14th May with a view to start as soon as possible.Estimator / Senior Estimator / Fit-out
