We now have an opportunity for an experienced technical professional with knowledge of implementing Microsoft product solutions to join our Corporate Information Management & Technology team. You’ll apply your technical development, delivery and maintenance expertise across a range of products that includes SCCM 2016, Server 2012/16, Windows 10 and Office 365. You’ll also be responsible for managing our 8x8 Cloud telephony environment. You can expect to be playing a key part in resolving operational technical issues, working alongside our Infrastructure and Service Desk teams, but will also project manage longer term end user device and telephony projects - maintaining software compliance and ensuring audit assurance.

You’ll need previous experience of a technical management role that includes working with Microsoft products and managing a telephony environment. You should have good experience in managing projects and prioritising workloads - a project management qualification would be ideal. Your technical know-how (including ITIL) should be supported by good all-round communication skills, the ability to establish positive working relationships across the business and a general hands-on and positive approach to working with others to resolve technical issues. An MCTS or MCITP qualification (or equivalent) would be of value.
