You will be working for a health Insurance company in San Francisco, California. For the past 10 years this company has continued to provide health care to the residents of California. This role came about because they are looking for an IT Solutions Consultant to help manage the applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Your new role:

The ServiceNow IT Solution Consultant role will allow you to work closely with a team of IT professionals to develop the ITSM modules and other platform capabilities. This role allows you to give the best solutions that will help the ServiceNow platform grow. You will also be responsible for designing the applications and making sure any new releases or upgrades are implemented in a timely manner.

What you'll need to succeed:

You will need previous experience developing on a ServiceNow platform as well as designing applications. You will also need experience with integrating third party tools such as orchestration. Having a basic understanding of scripting is also necessary because you will be using various web technologies. Strong communications skills are a must because you will be building relationships with IT managers and stakeholders.
