Skills that are required for the Fundraising Programme Manager are:

* Strong Programme Management experience ('MSP' qualified ideally)

* Experience within fundraising environments

* Knowledge of Care CRM or Raiser's Edge would be an advantage

* Great ability to work with stakeholders across varying levels of an organisation
