Mechanical Engineer (Projects/Hands On)

Are you a Mechanical Engineer seeking a hands-on, project based position for a global chemicals producer and play a key role in the upgrade of a major manufacturing plant?

Here is an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate what you can do at the highest level and really make the difference, working directly with the senior leadership team in an autonomous capacity.

The company are an international leader in chemicals manufacturing and are investing heavily in upgrading this plant with the vision that it will become one of the leading plants of its type in Europe.

In this role you will be heavily involved in all major projects and be one of the technical experts for mechanical issues. You will identify improvements, strategize how and what to do and then commission the upgraded equipment across the facility.

This is a rare opportunity for a driven Mechanical Project Engineer looking for an exciting position where will have a pivotal part to play in massive projects.

The Role:

*Mechanical Engineer (Projects)

*Hands on, Project work

*Supervising commissioning of improvements equipment

*6-18 month contract - £20 - £30 per hour - minimum 40 hours per week

The Person:

*Mechanical Engineer

*Experience in a Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Oil & Gas or similar background

*Hands on background
