My Edinburgh based client are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in a key part of an established business.

You will be responsible for:

* Planning and managing IT services throughout their business cycle

* Leading the establishment of client supply agreements and SLA'S for internal and external stakeholders

* Establishing processes for monitoring IT productivity

* Managing risks within the IT business

* Establish processes to continually improve the customer experience from a Service delivery perspective

* Assist in ensuring that the company vision is visible through all activities

What skills do I need?

In order to be a good fit for this role you will need the following experience:

* Strong IT Service Delivery experience

* Documentation skills for service delivery and maintenance

* Service level negotiation experience

* Disaster recovery experience

* Strong stakeholder management experience

* Continual improvement process experience

* Experience of reviewing service delivery statistics and information and suggesting relevant improvements
