An Operations Manager is required by my fast growing digital publications company in their Central London office. The Operations Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and drive to enable their team to meet there objectives. The Operations Manager will be in charge of supporting complex cloud settings, so experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is vital.

The Operations Manager role will involve:

           Providing leadership and drive to ensure that Operations teams consistently meet their objectives.

           The Operations Manager will regularly meet with key stakeholders to ensure needs and expectations are being met.

           Own assigned projects and ensure that they deliver agreed benefits and meet time, budget, and quality standards and can be transitioned smoothly from development through to production.

           Complete management responsibilities to include performance management, hiring and coaching of staff, and resource planning.

Key skills and experience for the Operations Manager:

           The operation Manager should have experience supporting complex application stacks in a cloud setting e.g. Aws

           Experience with Agile methodologies for project management

           Strong problem-solving experience involving leading teams

           Have Excellent communication (verbal and written) as well as customer service skills.

           Proven track record of political agility.
