eCommerce Product Owner

Up to £40,000 + great Benefits

One of Spring Technologies top Midlands based eCommerce Digital House clients is seeking a eCommerce Product Owner to join their expanding business. They use cutting edge technologies and work within an autonomous environment, where you will be given the opportunity to drive the business forward whilst working within a fun and relaxed environment.

My Client are currently undertaking a rearchitecture project across the business, including the eCommerce store, and this role will be key to gathering and maintaining requirements for this process, and working with a third party vendor to ensure the project is delivered to the required functionality and scope.

Responsibilities

*Contribute to and understand the vision of their product offering, including eCommerce and Subscription Platforms, from a customer and business perspective

*Be the Product Owner for the website, working with stakeholders to bring together and synthesise information in order to undertake the re-platform project

*Drive the development process, managing the backlog and detailed requirements within an Agile development environment

*Proactively mitigate problems that might delay successful release

*Work with the Digital Conversion Manager to take the learnings of testing into development and prioritise their developments according to business goals and needs

*Analyse data and insight to define optimum solutions across the website and eCommerce experience

*Create Functional Specifications or appropriate User Stories to enable development of these solutions

*Optimise ROI of product development process

*Work with stakeholders to identify, prototype and implement areas of innovation - creating systems which deliver better solutions to the customer's tasks

*Analyse impact of new tools and solutions on website experience and business performance

*Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors and partners
