£30,000-£35,000 + Benefits + 30hr week

Established over 50 years ago this company is a leading authority for the inspection and certification of manufactured products to the construction industry. Due to continued growth and a further site recently opened, the company are now recruiting a health and safety officer to co-ordinate all health and safety for the company.

In this role you will support, advise and co-ordinate Health and Safety (H&S) activities throughout the Watford and Ireland sites. The job holder will be expected to establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety are adhered to. You will be required to work closely with the Test business unit as well as oversee relevant activities for remote working.

To be considered you must have strong skills in internal auditing, management systems and all health and safety legislation. A construction related background will be advantageous.

The Role:

* Health and safety officer
