Software Development/ Software Developer/C#/ VB.NET/ T-SQL/ Microsoft T-SQL Server/ Birmingham/ Permanent

A certified Microsoft Development Software Company are currently looking for an experienced Software Developer to join their team.

Based at their office in Tamworth you will be joining their Software Development Team which consists of Developers and a Technical Lead. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the software products.

Key Responsibilities:

*To understand the requirements of the customer base and how the requirements are met by the products.

*To develop software according to the standards, guidelines including user interface design guidelines.

*To maintain existing software functionality, to investigate, analyse and correct identified defects within established SLA's.

*To develop software in accordance with the development schedule.

*To analyse customer requirements and write technical specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

*3 years commercial experience developing Windows Forms applications in VB.NET or C#.

*Working knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft T-SQL Server and database design.

*Experience of Object Orientated programming practices.

*Experience working within the leasing industry ideal however, if you have experience within the financial sector would also be beneficial.

*Web development experience in ASP.NET/JavaScript.
