Business Intelligence Manager

RP Analytics are working with a specialist Retail Analytics Business who have created a brand new Business Intellignce Manager role to manage their BI team and provide support to the CTO, wider business and clients, based out of their Lincoln based office.

The business has recently gone through a huge and exciting change and look set to grow rapidly over the coming 12-18 months, therefore offering some brilliant scope for what can be achieved.

Reporting to the CTO this newly created position will provide timely delivery of high quality business intelligence for their clients. Operating at a senior level in the organisation you will ensure the efficient reporting of findings and confidently providing data solutions.

You will be an experienced and confident decision maker and you will provide support to the CTO and wider business in the following areas:

Client Management

- Manage day to day operations for client delivery ensuring service KPI’s are met.

- Ensure data validity and completeness

- Build and deliver regular and ad-hoc data insight presentations and reports to clients and senior internal stakeholders

- Capture client requirements and customise existing solutions to meet these

- Manage rollout of SSAS products to new clients

- Analysis Project

- Extracting data from our existing SQL Server backend systems you will be expected to retrieve and manipulate large volumes of data to build and deliver analysis including but not limited to

- ROI of Field Sales Forces

- Promotional Uplift

- Opportunities related to store level compliance to retailer agreements

- Combining external data sources with our existing databases

- Using MS SQL, Excel and other tools to create models and tools for internal and external client use
