We are a rapidly growing digital design and development company, and we are looking for a talented Talent Manager to join the growing team. This position will handle various recruiting and retention activities to help ensure we bring in and keep the best and brightest talent. An ideal candidate has management experience that has included technical and creative staffing and good HR knowledge.

Our Talent Manager will:

+ Be experienced in recruiting talent needed in a design and development agency - be that experience designers, visual designers, technical architects, full stack developers, front end developers, account managers and the like

+ Understand the various digital agency roles and recognise levels of experience and skill sets required, so that you can filter candidates and recognise good talent

+ Utilise your already existing networks to find qualified passive candidates from both internal and external resource

+ Coordinate and implement Grad recruiting initiatives.

+ Work with the management team to identify recruitment hiring needs and manage the hiring plan and budget accordingly

+ Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

+ Advertise vacancies, filter and shortlist candidates, arrange interviews and provide candidate feedback including offers of employment

+ Implement technology to support your defined recruitment process, ensuring we have a seamless and efficient end-to-end candidate experience and thorough, compliant backend process

+ Own recruitment training across the agency, ensuring that senior members of the team have the right skills to hire the right talent for the business

+ Manage our training programme and budget

+ Own and run our regular employee happiness survey and play a key part in developing a strategy that responds to the areas where we need to improve

+ Provide counsel and advice to colleagues across all levels, helping to drive employee engagement and retention

+ Be responsible for the mid-year and annual review process and the regular 1-2-1 sessions all our team have with their mentors

+ Look at the external landscape, both within our industry and beyond, sharing insights and creating new ideas around recruitment and retention

+ Be an approachable, fun, helpful, resourceful and just generally a jolly nice person to be around.
