Finance Manager - Lincoln - £60K + Benefits (e.g., Healthcare, holidays, pension) + Career Progression!

Following on from continued company growth and expansion, a market-leading business based in the Lincoln area is actively looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to oversee the company's accounting function and lead the established finance team.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will develop a finance strategy to maximise the growth potential for the business on an international scale. In addition, this exciting opportunity will provide you with the platform to progress to a Director position within a couple of years!

Successful candidates will have:

* Extensive experience within finance leadership positions

* Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills

* Corporate tax experience

* Experience working within the manufacturing industry (Desirable)

* Proactive and energetic approach

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

This established company offers an attractive starting salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on individual experience plus a honest of additional benefits including private healthcare contribution, generous pension scheme and career progression to Director level within only a few years!
