Position: Mortgage Broker (Self-employed)

Location: Homebased, London

Salary: Flexibility up to 100,000-on a self-employed basis.

Job type: Permanent

Client is a financial and mortgage adviser based in London. They currently looking for a Mortgage Broker to be home based.

70% commission on all business banked up to 100k 75% above 100, 80% above 200k, 300k 85%.Reviewed after 1 year.

Purpose to the job:

Experienced mortgage advisers looking for new route to market.

Duties and Responsibilities- Residential, Buy to let, Commercial, Bridging Loans, 2nd charges, life sales.

What type of candidate we are looking for?

Would suit qualified brokers/ introducers who like to work individually and have a lead source or are already well established self sourcing/ referral driven/ existing client broker via a network or bigger mortgage broker firm and are looking for a better more profitable route to market to place their clients mortgages.

Extra Pointers:

Working from home. Working with your own clients. You will always be in touch with the team. Looking for someone who have worked on mortgage values of around 500,000.

Working hours: Mon-Fri-expect flexibility.
