SAP SD Lead - London/Israel - 3 Month Initial Contract
My client, a large Outsourcing organisation are looking for a SAP SD Lead for a 3 month initial contract to be based in London with some travel to Israel involved. The position can offer a competitive daily rate and the client are keen to get someone started as soon as possible.
Candidate Background:
* Solid project experience as an SAP SD functional consultant, including configuration of core functionality
* Knowledge of warehouse management and third party logistics
* Knowledge of the integration of SD, MM and finance
* Knowledge of any of the following Industry Sectors - Retail, Consumer Products, Process and Discrete Manufacturing
* Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
* Ability to work with global CoE's to develop junior consultants and deliver projects in a global delivery model
* Commercial awareness
* Capability to understand customer / sector challenges, propose SAP solutions to solve them and devise delivery models to achieve desired results.
* Proven ability to shape / architect SAP solutions to customer needs
* A high level of comfort in interacting with Client teams and ability to actively engage them in meaningful dialogue throughout engagements.
* Strong formal communications skills (verbal and written)
* Ability to work comfortably across time zones and cultures.
* Experience working with end users to capture and document requirements and design system enhancements
Required Experience:
* Experience of leading onsite / offshore teams
* Have been involved in at least one SAP SD projects with full lifecycle and at least 3 additional years hands on experience designing and implementing other SAP modules including SAP WM
* Experience of both SAP SD and HANA ideally with certifications.
* Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
* Flexibility to travel and work outside the UK when required.
