Functional Analyst

The ideal candidate will be someone with junior / mid level experience coming in to this role as a Functional Analyst. You will be sitting with the Service Delivery team on the Enabling Services side, which is the support key of the business process and users of Oracle E-Business Suite Financials 11i or/and HR 12i. You will be working with a small onshore functional and offshore technical team with the below responsibilities.
Responsibilities;
*Day to day application and user support
*Incident and change management
*Working with geographically dispersed teams including offshore 3rd parties
*Analyse and resolve system and user issues
*Create functional specifications for requested changes
*Leading them through the software development lifecycle including user acceptance testing and hyper care support post deployment into production.
Individuals require:
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work individually and as a team
*Good IT literacy
*Experience of level 2/3 support
