You would be working for Levy Restaurants UK-part of COMPASS UK&I, the market leading in the sport, leisure, arena, conference centre and hospitality sectors. Our recipe for success is to put our customers first and never to compromise with our food and drink.
Overall Purpose of the Role
To support the overall Food and Beverage business strategy (client and Levy) and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation
Assist the Catering Director in the assessment and critical analysis of support team requirements.
Pro-actively manage and highlight project risks and issues.
Maintain the Levy/AEG Global Partnership relationship.
Act as prime point of contact for the assigned projects - AEG and Levy.
Coordinate planning, management and delivery of projects as assigned in order of priority.
Incorporate and engagement with Global Partners in the development and delivery of sustainable solutions.
Focus on the development of new innovation, products and services specific to The O2
Champion the use of the standard tools and processes.
To coordinate implementation of products or services in accordance with the business client and department managers agreements.
Ensure successful handover to Operations at the end of the project. Post evaluation recorded.
Adhere to the brand integrity for The O2 and brand partners.
Venue support on service delivery as required.
Perform with AEG Brand Partners and AEG to conduct insights as well as creative design outputs.
Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience for The O2.
Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies.
Manage prime team functions and activities for strategic direction.
Perform as strategic partner to stakeholders of influence change and new processes.
Engage Levy marketing to develop / share consumer trends and insights.

Good working knowledge of high street retail, bars, street food scene and eating out consumer trends

Previous experience in an food and beverage operational role
Proven experience as part of a successful project team
