We are looking for a Change Manager (HR & Finance) for one of the world's most prestigious retailers based in London.

This will be on an initial 1 year FTC.

The ideal Change Manager (HR & Finance) will have extensive experience of people and technology change projects within finance and HR. Any experience in the retail industry would be a bonus but is by no means a pre-requisite.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop and own the People Change Plan for Teams and Tools (where relevant - e.g. OVOT) and serve as the central point of contact for facilitating joined up action to ensure that People Change is well managed.

*Develop and own the Communications Strategy and Approach for the Workstream. Liaises with Change Managers to ensure alignment with overall Impact Assessment.

*Develop and own the Organisational Analysis and Design work package and process for actioning the People Plan with HR.

*Develop and own the planning, development and delivery of change mobilisation and communication events.

*Manage workstream-level change assurance and deploy corrective actions, with a focus on people change.

*Lead Business Engagement (in collaboration with the Business Leads / Workstream Sponsors) with Senior Stakeholders, responsible for coaching them through the change journey.

*Develop the capability of the Teams and Tools Change, Training and Comms team (where appropriate) through training and coaching of change management methodology.

*Manage the overall Workstream Change Plans including Process Change, Training Plans, and Business Readiness Plans.

*Manage the day-to-day project level change assurance and feed into the Change Lead where required. As necessary, also take responsibility for all of the Change Deliverables at Project Level as outlined in the Change Manager / Analyst job specification

*Develop and own the process change impacts plan and create continuous feedback loop into Process Impacts Plan.

Skills and Behaviours

*Strong Change Management experience - 2-5 years as Change Manager either in Consultancy or Industry preferred

*Experience with IT-driven systems transformations and/or HR transformations (e.g. previous myWorkday, Oracle, Xero, Sage, etc. implementation experience) preferred but not required

*Deep analytical skills coupled with strong stakeholder management capabilities

*Proven capability to deliver across multiple disparate projects within the context of a wider portfolio

*Good understanding of Retail, HR and/or Finance
