My client is one of the leading consultancy firms, who are a development partner for large enterprises, requiring demanding software applications. They predominantly work with clients in the financial industry, so this opportunity offers the chance to work at the cutting-edge of the Fin-Tech movement! What will you be doing?

This role will involve you being a hands-on Senior Java Developer, and requires you to bring your expertise to them team to focus on many aspects of the project. Current projects that are underway include; mobile graphical research analysis tools or distributed real-time services. You will have the freedom to input ideas into projects, whilst acting as a leader. This role will involve you mentoring the upcoming talent in the team, whilst working in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge and experience being shared throughout the team.

What is required from you:

* Previous commercial experience working with enterprise-level systems

* Strong knowledge of Java

* Previous experience mentoring, or leading a team.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

* An IT related Degree or equivalent
