Internal Recruitment Consultant/ In-house Recruiter

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of the world's leading professional services companies as an Internal Recruiter. Based in Altrincham, this role will suit somebody with experience in IT Recruitment who has gained some experience as an in-house recruiter or through a complex RPO set-up, or who currently works for an agency and is looking for a move into in-house recruitment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for actioning and fulfilling recruitment requirements within a prescribed service level agreement, whilst driving down cost per hire through effective use of the direct channel. You will work closely with hiring managers to validate demand, agree a sourcing strategy and deliver shortlists for interview. You will utilise internal databases, talent pools, job board advertising, CV database searches, employee referrals, Linkedin campaigns and and social channels to deliver shortlists. You will conduct HR interviews and collate and share interview feedback and utilize this information in managing the offer approval process. You will look at ways to continuously promote the employer brand, improve the candidate and hiring manager experience and deliver talent on time and within budget.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will possess a thorough understanding of the recruitment market including regulation, market players, skill hot spots and commercial drivers. Technical recruitment experience in a professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential. You will have exceptional project management skills including the ability to juggle conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines.
