Site Manager / Senior Site Manager / ResidentialAn established UK housing developer is currently on the lookout for a Site Manager to join their business due to an increased workload and a number of large scale projects scheduled for the rest of the year.This organisation specialises in building award winning homes across the UK. The successful candidate will be working under the Construction Director, out of the Surrey office and working on a site in South West London not far from Hampton Court. The aim is to further build a dynamic management team on site who will contribute in taking the businesses from strength to strength.The project is a 25 unit plot of bespoke traditional build residential dwellings finished to a high specification. It is due for completion November 2019.The candidate must have minimum 5 years' experience in the residential sector.
