RP Analytics are working alongside a fast-growing dynamic software solutions business to recruit a Test Manager. Our client provides cutting edge case management solutions to the UK and US markets mainly within the criminial justice sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be at the heart of the delivery team to lead this thriving function. My client has developed their own testing methodologies, tools and approaches and are now looking for a driven and experience test manager to assess things and suggest improvements to drive the company forward.

You will be leading a small team but must also be willing to get your hands dirty working on high quality testing yourself!

My client has an ambitious vision and strategy for developing products and growing revenue streams over the next few years and you could be apart of it.

Key Responsibilities:

- Producing, maintaining and applying the Test Strategy, Policies and Processes for Saadian

- Designing test plans and approaches

- Ensuring that appropriate test tools are in place and used effectively

- Ensuring that suitable test scripts and reports are produced in line with the test plan.

- Ensuring that we have appropriate test environments and test data in place to support the test plans.

- Executing test scripts alongside your test team (as well as writing test scripts).

- Introducing suitable metrics for measuring test processes and for evaluating the quality of the tests and products and for reporting on these metrics .

- Line Managing a small test team.

Essential Requirements:

- 2 Years Commercial Experience as a Test Manager or Equivalent Senior Leadership Role for Testing

- 5 Years Experience as a Tester/Test Analyst

- Excellent Communicator

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, organised and self-managing.

Desirable:

- ISTQB Certified

- Familarity with JIRA, Selenium Webdriver / IDE, MS Excel

SC Security Clearance is a requirement for this role so you must either have or be eligable to gain, security clearance to this level (evidence of 5 years of UK residency is a pre-requisite)
