Spring Technology is currently recruiting Business Change Manager to join a business in Oxfordshire for an initial 6 month contact with scope to extend as part of a 18 month program of work.

6 months (rolling contract on a 2 year program)
Start: ASAP
Interview Process: 1 telephone, 1 Face to face
Rate: £Market rate (Depending on experience)
IR35 Status: Inside as it stands (we are looking to set up a deliverable based contract with the client to make the role fall outside)
Brief:
Work as the business change manager, closely with senior stakeholders to lead an implementation of Office 365 across the global business. You will not need to be technically involved around 0365 but you will have to engage and work closely with the technical team doing the implementation, roll out and BAU support.
