Test Manager - Electrical/Electronic bias- SurreySalary: £45,000 - £50,000An opportunity for a Test manager/supervisor to lead a hands on testing team. The business is a specialist electrical product provider within the military and medical sectors. They have a wide client base across the world.RoleThe role will include management of the entire testing department, planning all test maintenance activities, work with the engineering and materials department to ensure an effective remedy in issues that arrive, identification, design and build of new test equipment required and root cause analysis of any product failures.Requirements

'€¢Experience in a production test engineer role'€¢Ability to write and develop test procedures'€¢Be able to manage and coordinate lean and continuous improvement activities'€¢Lead a small team of test engineers effectively'€¢Ability to analyse and manipulate data'€¢Excellent communication skills, both internally and cross departmental, at all levels'€¢Minimum of a HND in Electronic or electrical engineering'€¢A lean/six sigma qualification would be beneficial
