Principal Analog IC Design Engineer - Technical Lead - South Coast UK

If so, look no further...We have an opportunity for a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer to provide technical leadership for members of the design team. This company is located on the South Coast of England and are developing Analog/Mixed Signal IP for high performance / embedded process, voltage and temperature monitors for use on-chip as well as embedded IP for performance optimisation systems.
Joining a dedicated and highly innovative team of Analog IC Design specialists, you will be working on Analog /Mixed Signal IC Design, simulation and verification of full custom Analog cells, sub blocks and IP blocks for advanced node CMOS technologies (from 65nm down to 28nm and below).
Responsibilities include:
Design and simulate Analog block designs.
Promote best design practices and drive improvements in quality
Oversee peer reviews
Hands on design, simulation and verification of Analog blocks
Provide technical support and leadership to less senior engineers
Provide expert support to customers
Draft and approve block requirement specifications
Industry degree qualified, the successful Analog IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 10 years experience in Analog IC Design using Cadence with proven track record of delivering tasks on schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
