Estimator / Senior Estimator / Groundworks*New Permanent Estimator position*Kent*** £50,000 - £70,000 plus benefits ***A Kent based contractor specialising in groundworks is currently on the lookout for an Estimator to join their team due to an increase workload of projects.
They work on groundworks packages across a range of sectors up to around £15 million. The successful candidate will join a team of 4 Estimators in an office based role with regular site visits to price work.
This business has exciting growth plans for the next 5 years and have the backing to grow beyond that. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career. This individual must have at least 3 years' experience working for a groundworks contractor in an Estimator role.Key requirements: '€¢Demolition'€¢Groundworks'€¢Piling'€¢Formwork'€¢Underpinning'€¢Drainage'€¢RC Frames'€¢Familiarity with relevant software's (ideally CostX) and packages including Microsoft Office.'€¢Must be comfortable handling large volumes of data.'€¢Proven track record of winning business.'€¢Civil Enginerring degree is preferred but not essential The role would be commutable from Surrey, Sussex, Essex and Kent.
