Are you a software developer with a background in C, C++, shell scripting, Linux applications and looking to join a world leading software/hardware manufacture?

Designing and supplying Satellite Communications to some of the largest broadcasters worldwide, they are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to play a key role in the company's future.

In this role you will be the technical point of contact throughout the product development. Responsible for designing, creating Linux based software applications at all levels with the use of C, C++, Python, shell scripting. On the job support will be offered in other areas to support your career development.

The Role:

* Developing Video and Audio Streams on many multiple mobile devices

* Embedded systems

* Take technical responsibility for the complete product lifecycle

* C, C++, Python, shell scripting.

* Communicate development issues and solutions

* Monitor working practices and tools and suggest improvements

The Person:

*Previous experience designing and developing software

* Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

* C, C++, shell scripting and ideally Python
