1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst - 2 Month Contract

An exciting contract role has just arisen for a 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst to join a leading charity based in the heart of the City of Manchester. As the 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for a wide range of roles varying from answering calls to trouble shooting issues. You need to have had experience of previous 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst support role prior to this position. The successful applicant must have a completed DBS certification prior to starting.

Skills required for the 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst are:

- Strong Communication Skills

- Excellent prioritisation skills

- Previous 1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst experience.

1st Line Support / Service Desk Analyst - 2 Month Contract - £100
