About you

To join, you’ll need to come with customer service experience and a clear and courteous telephone manner. You’ll also know how to use Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding and passion for all things IT. While not essential, knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library best practice, call logging and providing IT support would help.
