End User Services (EUS) is one of three teams located in the Technology Services function within the Information and Communication Technology Department. The End User Services Team Manager will report directly to the Head of Technology Services, and provide leadership and line-management support to the EUS team members. This will include the planning and management of the team’s workload, whilst also overseeing their personal development.

The successful candidate will possess both a strong technical background in End User Services, as well as significant experience in managing a team. They will be required to lead and contribute to projects as well as drive continuous innovation and improvement processes within the team and across the department, so a demonstrable collaborative, friendly and professional attitude is essential.
