Role: C# .NET Full Stack Developer

Location: Portsmouth

Duration: 3 months

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the team based in Portsmouth, for an initial 3 month project.

This Person will work within the Web Services team to develop a custom web application based on C# .NET with a SQL server back end hosted on IIS.

KEY OUTPUTS/DELIVERABLES

* Delivery of one C# .NET web application based on customer requirements

* Delivery of updated functionality to existing C# .NET web application

* Documentation of all solutions

EXPERIENCE

3+ years experience in C# .NET development including:

* Master pages

* Web controls

* Web methods and HTTP endpoints

* Ajax control toolkit

* Documentation of work, commenting, and proper organisation of code so end users and other team members can use and support individually developed code in the future

3+ years experience as a full stack developer:

* Visual studio

* .NET Framework

* C#

* PowerShell

* HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

* SQL

* IIS administration

* LDAP queries

TECHNICAL & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE

* An expert knowledge of developing .NET web applications

* Experience in UX design

* Experience in using Team Foundation Server to manage workloads and source control

* Strong debugging skills

* Proven ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight timeframes

* Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

* High degree of flexibility, versatility, and self-motivation

* Excellent relationship building and communication skills

* Creative approach to solving problems
