Business Analyst - Operational Transformation - Insurance

The new Head of Change of a leading insurance client in the city is looking to bring in experienced Business Analysts to build out the Business Change function within his team. He is looking to refresh the approach to change within the business and wants dynamic and passionate individuals to drive this across the business.

The initial focus of the change portfolio is the post acquisition redesign of the Target Operating Model (TOM) along with key regulatory initiatives.

Experience require:

- Complex programme and transformation experience

- Operating model exposure

- Strong regulatory understanding

- Insurance background
