Our Client is looking for a SC cleared Technical Account Manager (TAM) to provided technical leadership to the team, to ensure quality of the service and managed the Customer relationship on a day-to-day basis. The TAM is the Customer's primary point of contact for service level reporting and escalation. The TAM interfaces with the Customer's Service Manager.

Specific duties include:

- Manage the customer relationship on a day-to-day basis

- Review and monitor engagement goals, status and performance

- Provides technical leadership

Account Management:

- Holds shared responsibility with Programme Manager for the project communication with account and customer

- Identify Customer contacts and establish working relationships

- Serve as Customer advocate within the organization to drive the resolution of issues or requests

- Holds shared responsibility with Programme Manager for service level reporting

- Communicate status to Customer on a regular basis

Planning & Coordination:

- During Transition Phase

- Assist with planning and team readiness

- Establish an operational profile for Customer

- Establish the governance framework, including support processes, support systems and operating model

Technical Management:

- Monitor and manage performance

- Maintain knowledge of issues, solutions, trends, and Customer priorities

- Maintain Customer operational profile

- Technical point of contact with product support organization

- Lead the team to ensure high quality service delivery

- Work queue management

- Drive the problem analysis and continuous improvement focus

- Assist with patch management recommendations

- Coordinate and support proactive services such as periodic solution assessments

Service Delivery:

- Identify areas for improvement, develop plan based on the issues

- Provide technical guidance to the team

- Come up with automation ideas to reduce the day-to-day activities.

- Attend weekly and monthly meeting with customer
