Proposition Marketing Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on site with a multi-national technology company. Responsibilities

The Proposition Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the go to market strategy for a group of marketing initiatives and is responsible for;

1 Developing appropriate marketing objectives and strategy to deliver against business objectives

2 Effectively planning, managing and reviewing a portfolio of marketing propositions, programmes and promotional activities in support of the business objectives and marketing plan.

3 Producing effectively targeted customer centric marketing solutions rooted in a clear definition of target audiences, a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, and use of appropriate channels and propositions.

4 Capturing, articulating and meeting agreed requirements and success criteria for each marketing proposition, working with key stakeholders responsible for interpreting and implementing the marketing plans to agreed budget, timescales and quality standards.

5 Aligning sales and marketing activities to ensure all activities help drive interest, traffic and qualified sales leads.

6 Champion internal promotion and communication via opportunities such as sales training and advocacy programmes.

Required Skills

* Marketing Strategy Development: Developing and articulating how Marketing should contribute to the achievement of business objectives

* Marketing Planning: Development of a portfolio of activities to deliver against marketing objectives

* Customer Insight: Working with qualitative and quantitative data to define customer needs and develop insights as the basis for effective marketing communications.

* Proposition Development: Working with a range of stakeholders to develop compelling propositions, which maximise customer behaviour change in support of marketing objectives.

* Effective utilisation of key B2B channels: including content marketing, email marketing, PPC, Event marketing.

* Effectiveness Measurement: establishing key metrics and reviewing data to monitor effectiveness of marketing activity and driving continuous improvement

* Communication & Influencing: excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English. Professional, presentable, dependable and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.

* Planning and Organisation: excellent understanding of marketing and project planning techniques. Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously, accurately and according to priority
