Senior Quantity Surveyor, Liverpool

One of the UK's leading Main Contractors are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them on an exciting project in the heart of Manchester. This excellent opportunity allows the successful candidate the chance to join one of the most exciting new projects in the North-West.

Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role will require the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead responsibility in developing, implementing and reviewing effective commercial practices; provide commercial advice; procurement of sub-contractors, and basically take full responsibility for the Commercial success of the project

Remuneration

* £50-60k pa. depending on experience

Requirements

* Have 8 years UK based experience with a Main contractor.

* Member of a professional body. E.g. MRICS

* Degree Qualified/equivalent. (BSc Quantity Surveyor)

* Experience of supporting a business contract

* Computer literate.
