Analog IC Layout Engineer

French speaking Switzerland

Salary depending on experience

This role is located in the popular and scenic French speaking part of Switzerland and is for an established and growing company working in a range of areas including RFID.

In your position as the Analog Layout Engineer you will be working in collaboration with the IC design team under the lead of the project manager to develop circuits for communication and sensing application.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Layout for complex Analog Mixed Signal IC's and use of advanced CAD tools for mask design

Package/bond generation and verification

Interpretation of constraints and back annotation of layouts

Delivery of clean data for Tape-out and mask generation, review and analysis of IC's as well as floorplans with the support of the IC Designers.

Project data management using version control

As the successful Analog IC Layout Engneer you are industry degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a product based company where you have gained solid skills in Analog IC Layout including the following:

Cadence Virtuoso, XL, Assura verification and debugging

Device construction and fab processing, UNIX

Scripting languages Unix Shell, Perl or Cadence Skill are beneficial
