Senior Business Development Manager - Leisure/Retail/Hospitality Sector - 50K + 150KOTEPosition: Senior business Development ManagerLocations: Manchester OR Remote WorkSalary: 40-50K DOE +150K OTEOverview: My client based in North are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity in which my client can offer 100% remote work as well as the ability to work on field/in the office dependant on the location of the correct candidate. You will be joining a hugely lucrative organisation with excellent commission and career prospects.The company itself are one of the leaders in the retail/leisure/hospitality industry providing B2C services throughout the UK. You will be responsible for: -        Maintaining and building on current and new business relationships-        Attending industry events, conferences, and attending pitches to C-Level Execs-        Building pipeline business as well as working with current client for repeat business.-        Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.The ideal candidate will have:-        An experienced Sales/Business Development Manager who is self-motivated and able to deliver/exceed KPIs-        Able to provide quality leadership and support the Head of Sales to grow the BD team-        Strong communication/IT skills-        Knowledge of the leisure/retail/hospitality sectorIn return, my client are offering a competitive, basic salary of 40-50K DOE as well as OTE of 150K.
