Anchor Trust, England's largest not-for-profit in Care and Housing for the over 55's, is currently looking for a Systems Analyst the role is within our IT department and is part of the Business Systems Team. Reporting into the HR System Analyst Team Leader, responsibilities will include focusing on corporate applications in the HR area of the business and have a responsibility for ensuring that these applications are aligned with business strategy and that Anchor is able to extract the intended business value from its investment in the application.

The role holder will work closely with both business and IT colleagues and well as engaging with 3rd party software providers.

Working with SAP Business Objects reporting software, you will be accountable for assisting the HRIS team and the HR function in general to deliver improved HR reports and data

Understanding and working with colleagues in HR and Payroll on the iTrent system

Assisting colleagues in conducting the HR Data Review, and embedding new processes around the production of HR data, data management, data protection and administration of our reports

Engaging clearly and effectively with the HRIS team's stakeholders in the function and the wider business

Required knowledge & experience:

                                                  Confident user of Microsoft Office; particularly advantageous if the candidate has knowledge of IF formulas, VLOOKUPs and other useful formulae

                                                  Knowledge of SAP Business Objects (or similar) or iTrent (or other HRIS) a distinct advantage

                                                  Knowledge and appreciation of HR and Payroll systems, processes and procedures related to Human Resources

                                                  Knowledge of HR and Payroll legislation is a distinct advantage for this role

Required skills:

                                                  Written and verbal and communication

                                                  Highly computer literate

                                                  Strong attention to detail and ability to think laterally to solve problems

                                                  Good customer service focus
