Digital Project Manager Main duties:

Working with and reporting to the Senior Digital Project Manager you will be involved with the following:

+ Manage multiple projects at any one time.

+ Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship.

+ Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development.

+ Attend client meetings and capture decisions / actions and follow up until actions are closed.

+ Keep track of customer requirements using Traceability Matrix.

+ Formally capture customer change requests and drive them through the Change management process.

+ Prioritise and deliver multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.

+ Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients, which could include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.

+ Work closely with department managers to accurately forecast "go live" schedule.

+ Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.

+ Coordinate client resources.

+ Proactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of internal and client issues.

+ Offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture.

+ Develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business priorities.

+ Provide guidance and assistance to client services and other personnel.

+ Provide team support and product information on strategic products as assigned by manager.?

Required Skills:

+ Educated to degree level or equivalent in IT or Computing related field would be ideal.

+ A minimum of three years’ experience in project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service (SAAS) environment. You must be extremely comfortable with working in a fast paced, complex, multi-project, deadline heavy environment with software-based solutions. This is essential, as you will need to hit the ground running.

+ Experience in mobile app projects using native iOS and Android.

+ You must have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. It is vital that you are a strong team player, motivated by organisational success.

+ Strong client management skills and ability to execute.

+ Highly organised and details orientated.

+ Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

+ A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.

+ Take ownership of personal actions and outcomes.

+ Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.

+ Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, telephone and presentation.

+ Excellent organisational and time management skills.

+ A positive attitude to dealing with people and problems.

+ A strong sense of personal responsibility towards getting the job done.

+ Experience in complex IT project implementation.

+ Experience in following a formally documented project management / software development process.

+ A technical background will be ideal.

Salary & Benefits:

+ £35 - 45,000 (depending on experience)
