Senior Project Manager / Associate Director (Commercial Property Services)

Bristol

£60,000 to £75,000 + Package + Pension + Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager from technical background to join a market leading organisation that is offering a challenging, long-term career opportunity to progress and work on a variety of projects.

This company specialise within the commercial property services industry. They are going from strength to strength within their sector and are winning a large number of prestigious and large scale projects. Due to this, they are now looking to add an Associate Director to their site in Bristol.

In this role you will be running projects from day one. It is vital that you are able to demonstrate experience with new build commercial projects as well as the ability to build strong relationships with fellow property consultants and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background (QS/BS), with post-qualification experience. Both MRICS and APM will be considered when combines with the exposure to commercial new build projects.

The Role:

*Lead day to day delivery of projects

*Manage design teams

*Administer complex building contracts

*Assist with tender documents

*Manage client relationships

The Person:

*Ideally MRICS or similar related Project Management qualification

*A strong background in the delivery of project management for new build commercial buildings and significant refurbishment projects (in particular offices and education facilities)

*Experience of leading projects ranging from £2m to £25m+

*Come from a technical background

*Experience within commercial property services
