Business Analyst - Permanent Opportunity

Central Leeds

From £32,500 per annum

Responsibilities include:

* Documenting functional, non-functional, "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes for solutions

* Engaging with key stakeholders to identify technical and organisational changes

* Facilitating workshops

* Providing advice and guiding to existing members of the team

* Assisting the development of IT solution proposals

* Initiating business analysis activities and documenting the processes

Experience required:

* In-depth experience working as an IT Business Analyst

* Experience in using BPMN and UML diagrams to convey information

* Experience in sing Sparx EA or MS Visio software

* Excellent organisational, teamwork and communication skills

* Analytical mind-set with strength in problem solving

* Aptitude to work independently using own initiative
