Job Role: Product Development Manager

Location: London

Contract Length: 3 months + extension

Start Date: ASAP

Job description

1 Defining product strategy and delivery plan for the business

2 Be capable of setting technical specifications that directly contribute to the success of the given initiative they are working on

3 A strong understanding of the Product lifecycle and Project delivery methodologies

4 Working closely with product stakeholders like Strategic, Sales/Commercial, Product Development

5 Possess an in depth understanding of the commercial cards industry, and our place and capabilities

6 Very strong understanding of our own Product capabilities

7 Clear ability to take complex scenarios and make them simple

8 Possess an in depth knowledge of the industry, and be regarded an SME in Commercial Cards

Decision-making and Problem Solving

This role requires a strong knowledge of the Commercial Cards industry, and of Virtual Cards (given they are a key strategic focus for BCP), equally it requires someone with Strong technical skills, who is able to work within a Project team and contribute to solution design, as well as strategic fit. This individual will need to be able to lead a delivery team and inspire them to deliver, and finally they will need to be able to think on their feet and make decisions during design and build to ensure effective delivery of the Product / Product enhancement.
